Server is CT1.5(HellBound), so you need CT1.5(HellBound) client with official system.
First, you need to create an account from the website, then you must modify your hosts file to connect.
For the people who don't know where the hosts file is, it's located at C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc
and you have to open it with notepad.
